Hey there! I’m Shay Green – a professional videographer and photographer based in Connecticut. With a keen eye for storytelling, I utilize my years of experience behind the camera to make others' visions a reality.
I've been the lead videographer at The Recording Den, a premiere studio in Connecticut, for over three years, and I've been freelancing independently since 2016. In addition to my technical skills, I strive to maintain professionalism and collaborative spirit. I understand the importance of communication and collaboration, and I work closely with my clients to understand their vision and bring it to life.
Whether it’s a live concert, an advertisement, a corporate event, a baby shower, or a creative photoshoot, I approach each assignment with style and dedication. I believe not only in creating images or videos, but timeless media that can influence and inspire others.
Though visual arts have always been my drive, I graduated from SCSU with a Bachelor's degree in Public Health in 2020. I achieved Dean's List status throughout junior and senior year, with a 3.5 GPA.
I'm also an award-winning YouTube content creator, having created the channel DaymanOurSavior. The channel reached 100,000 subscribers in 2019, and surpassed 200,000 subscribers in 2021.
I create videos specializing in musical comedy, mashups, and memes. My first hit video, Extreme Meme Music Megamashup was a 4-month project and released in December of 2017. The video garnered over 20 million views, and spawned two sequels, Extreme Meme Music Megamashup 2 & 3, gaining a collective total of 36 million views. Since then, the channel has surpassed over 100 million views.
I've branched out from my own YouTube channel, editing and producing for other independent channels, as well as the gaming YouTuber group The Underdogs (190,000 subscribers) and Little Z (1 million subscribers).
